My FOTD Featuring A Fall Trend, Dark Lips

Hi everyone! I posted on Instagram of my FOTD (Face OF The Day) featuring a very minimal eye look, light contouring on the face with a very dark bold lip color, and the feedback has been amazing! A majority of the items used to create the look were high end  but I will show you a list of dupes to create a very similar look and I will do a side by side to show you that you can complete the look using drugstore/inexpensive products! I will post the drugstore product picture tomorrow once I re-do the look perfectly and take lots of pictures!

Using A Majority Of High End Products:

Products I Used:

  • Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer
  • MAC Studio Fix Liquid in NW30
  • MAC Studio Finish Concealer in NW25
  • Inglot Translucent Loose Powder
  • Chanel Double Perfection Powder in “Vanilla”
  • Lorac Take A Brow in “Dark Brown”
  • MAC Eyeshadow in “Vanilla” and “Soft Brown”
  • Sephora Rouge Lipstick in “Bewitched Me”
  • MAC Powder Blush in “Blunt”
  • MAC Beauty Powder Blush in “Eversun”
  • MAC Prep+Prime Lash
  • Make Up For Ever Smokey Lash Mascara
  • NYX Lipliner in “Currant” (Drugstore Product) A similar high end product would be MAC Lipliner in “Currant” or “Nightmoth”
  • NYC Liquid Eyeliner in “Pearlized Black” (Drugstore Product) A similar high end product would be Urban Decay 24/7 Liquid Eyeliner in “Perversion”

Drugstore Products That I Used To Replicate The Look:

  • Monistat Anti-Chafing Powder Gel (As A Primer, Great Makeup Secret)
  • Loreal True Match Liquid Foundation in “N5”
  • Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer in “Medium 130”
  • NYC Loose Powder in Translucent
  • Loreal True Match Powder in “N1”
  • ELF Eyebrow Kit in “Dark Brown”
  • NYX Eyeshadows in “Blame It On Midnight” and “Vanilla Sky”
  • Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in “Va Va Violet”
  • Physicians Formula Bronze Booster Pressed Bronzing Powder in “Medium To Dark”
  • ELF Studio Powder Blush in “Candid Coral”
  • ELF Studio Mascara Primer
  • Loreal Voluminous Carbon Black Mascara
  • NYX Lipliner in “Prune” (or Currant)
  • NYC Liquid Eyeliner in “Pearlized Black”

I hope you all like this look and are excited to see the drugstore version, which is pretty identical! I also have “August and Septembers Favorites” post coming on Friday! Let me know if there are any other looks you are interested in seeing or if you have any suggestion about my next must have products!

XOXO,
Steven
